How delivery worksBussiard coordinates the journey
A single order may have several beginnings.
A US client may choose pieces made in France alongside products from an American maker. Bussiard arranges the internal routing, consolidation and onward fulfilment so the customer does not have to manage separate supplier relationships.
Most orders are coordinated through the Netherlands, with additional fulfilment support in the United Kingdom and United States when the route, source or destination makes that more sensible.

Where it improves cost, control or customs handling, goods travel through our fulfilment partners in the Netherlands, UK or US.
Delivered around the project
Ready parcels can be sent ahead when another item takes longer. Planned split deliveries do not create surprise extra charges for the client.

European Union
VAT is calculated for the customer’s delivery country. Bussiard’s EU sales are structured around the applicable local VAT rates and the EU One Stop Shop framework.
Reliable landed-cost markets
Where duties and clearance can be calculated dependably, checkout can show an all-inclusive total so Bussiard arranges the import process.
Markets with uncertain import costs
Where a dependable landed price cannot be promised, duties remain payable on arrival. This is made clear before payment so the order can still proceed without waiting for a manual quotation.
Materials and smaller parcels
Delivery that rewards a complete scheme.
Fabrics, wallcoverings and trimmings can be combined across brands. Shipping can be absorbed into the commercial structure as the material order grows, rather than treating every maker as a separate parcel.
Furniture and exceptional pieces
Calculated for the actual object.
Larger pieces require route-specific handling, packaging and sometimes white-glove delivery. The full amount shown at checkout will depend on what can be calculated reliably for the destination and object.
