A design by Pierre Frey. Din brings together a tight check and horizontal banding, so the surface reads with both order and movement. The palette feels multicoloured yet controlled, with a woven clarity that gives the fabric presence without heaviness. As a jacquard, it has the nuanced character of pattern drawn through the cloth itself, rather than simply placed on it.Its scale and balanced rhythm make it well suited to moderate-use interiors, where a fabric is wanted for a chair, cushion, decorative panel or similar accent with a little visual energy. The composition blends cotton, acrylic, polyester and viscose, lending the cloth its mixed material character and the sense of a fabric made to be looked at as well as lived with. Din has the kind of graphic restraint that can warm a room while still keeping its structure intact.
