A design by Pierre Frey. Balgo is defined by a warm, grounded colour rhythm and a finely worked surface that feels both calm and alive. The woven texture gives it a gentle depth, with the reversible construction adding an understated versatility that suits a room layered with natural materials and soft contrast. Its small-scale jacquard character keeps the pattern close and refined, so the fabric reads as a rich surface rather than a loud motif.The composition brings together viscose, linen, cotton and polyamide, creating a cloth with substance and tactility, while the 18 cm vertical repeat supports a measured, repeating rhythm. Recommended for intensive use, Balgo is well placed for upholstery and other interiors where a fabric is asked to bring both atmosphere and endurance. It is the kind of textile that settles beautifully into a scheme, lending depth to armchairs, banquettes or cushions without disturbing the balance of the room.
