Dominica has the quiet energy of a woven stripe seen at close range: cream, grey, blue and orange threads gather into a textured rhythm that feels both precise and gently animated. The jacquard construction gives the cloth a subtle depth, so the surface reads with tactility rather than flat pattern. In the room, it brings a disciplined brightness that can soften into upholstery or lift a more practical piece with colour and movement. Its high lightfastness, stain and water repellent character, and resistance to mould make it especially well suited to intensive use, where a fabric needs to hold its poise as well as its appearance.
