Poseidon Fabric

A design by Pierre Frey. Poseidon has the buoyant character of a fabric made to animate a room: a turquoise ground, animated figuration, and a crisp printed surface that gives the design its clarity. Mermaids and seahorses move across the cloth with a playful, decorative confidence, while touches of gold, black and white sharpen the palette and keep the composition bright. In cotton, the print feels approachable yet spirited, with enough presence to bring a curtain to life and enough order in the repeat to hold its own across a wider expanse. Used for curtains, it can introduce a note of wit and marine fantasy without losing the polish expected in a refined interior.
