A design by Pierre Frey. Okavango has the quiet warmth of a sand-toned ground, lifted by scattered outlined motifs in brown, gold and green. The rhythm is open rather than busy, so the surface reads with a gentle movement and an easy decorative presence. Its mix of cotton, viscose, polyester, linen and polyamide gives the cloth a layered, tactile character, while the jacquard-print technique brings clarity to the drawn shapes. At 142 cm wide, it may be considered for furnishings where a patterned fabric with softness and structure is wanted, and for interiors that benefit from a calm, contemporary gesture with a little depth.
