A design by Braquenié. Saintonge carries the easy drama of a classical printed cotton: a warm light ground set with generous flowering branches, birds and softly layered colour. The design has the clarity of a decorative panel, yet it keeps a natural looseness in the drawing, so the pattern feels alive rather than formal. Its palette moves between pink, blue, green, brown and red notes, giving the fabric both freshness and depth.Woven in 100% cotton and printed in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, it has the kind of material presence that suits rooms where pattern is meant to do more than decorate. At 139 cm wide with a vertical repeat of 103 cm, Saintonge can be used to bring character to curtains, blinds, upholstery accents or bedding, where the scale of the motif and the gentleness of the ground can be properly appreciated.
