Tuamotu

A design by Pierre Frey. Tuamotu brings a lively vertical cadence to the room: a pale ground, dark chain-like geometry, and beige bands finished with a tactile fringe that softens the stronger lines. The surface feels considered and decorative without becoming rigid, with the embroidery and appliqué giving the pattern a subtle raised presence. In an interior, it would suit drapery or upholstery where a fabric is meant to introduce texture as much as pattern, working well when you want structure, warmth and a measured sense of movement. Its linen, cotton and polyester blend adds to the cloth’s material character, while the repeat and width support a variety of tailored applications.
