Hikaru by Pierre Frey | F3814
A design by Pierre Frey. Hikaru is all about surface and rhythm: a jacquard with a quietly banded structure, where rust, brown and terracotta tones sit in a warm, layered balance. The result feels grounded rather than loud, with the sort of visual movement that gives a room texture and presence even at a distance. Its wool-rich composition adds to that sense of depth, while the mix of fibres softens the hand and keeps the fabric feeling nuanced rather than overly formal. Made in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, it carries the kind of craft association that suits pieces meant to be lived with rather than simply looked at.With a width of 129 cm and a vertical repeat of 32 cm, Hikaru can be considered for moderate use where a fabric needs to bring character without overwhelming the interior. It would sit beautifully in schemes that value warmth, tactility and a woven, composed atmosphere.
