A design by Pierre Frey. Rangiroa brings a quiet ground alive with large embroidered forms that read almost like a garden seen in relief. The palette moves across green, yellow, blue, red, pink, grey and black, giving the fabric a lively rhythm against its lighter base. There is a confident, contemporary exuberance to the design, but the linen and acrylic composition keeps the overall impression poised rather than heavy.
