A design by Pierre Frey. Massou is a velvet with an easy, composed presence: the pile softens the light, while the subtle textural variation gives the surface a gentle movement rather than a flat finish. Its character lies in that balance of plushness and restraint, making it feel considered without becoming formal.The cloth is woven in a blend of cotton, wool, polyester, viscose and polyamide, which contributes to its layered hand and its sense of depth. With a width of 140 cm and a vertical repeat of 35 cm, it offers room for upholstery and other interior applications where a velvet is wanted for warmth, tactility and a quietly tailored look. Used on a statement piece or in a more understated scheme, it can bring a softened richness to a room.
