A design by Pierre Frey. Marabout is led by its surface pattern: multicoloured, stylised animal-mask motifs arranged with a lively, graphic cadence over a restrained grey-brown ground. The result feels both playful and composed, with the print bringing movement and a touch of story while the linen keeps the overall impression natural and breathable.In an interior, it would lend character without losing poise, especially where a room benefits from a stronger decorative note that still sits comfortably among quieter materials. The design’s scale and printed finish give it a clear presence, suited to schemes that welcome pattern, contrast and a slightly worldly atmosphere.
