An elegant crane—an Asian symbol of happiness and longevity—takes centre stage within the idealised lake scene, while floating weft threads accentuate the intricate motifs and reveal the care of its handcrafted production. With a composition of 40% cotton, 30% viscose and 30% polyester, the fabric is suited to considered interior applications where its painterly character can be appreciated. It measures 143 cm wide, with a pattern repeat of 70 cm horizontally and 90 cm vertically. Not washable; clean gently using a P process, do not bleach, and iron at medium heat.
