A design by Pierre Frey. Bjorn has the quiet structure of a repeating stripe, softened by floral movement and slender botanical tracery. The cream ground gives the pattern room to breathe, while the red, green and blue accents lend it a measured liveliness rather than a loud flourish. It feels decorative in the most considered way: drawn enough to bring character, yet calm enough to sit comfortably in a room with layered woods, painted surfaces or upholstered pieces that need a little pattern and warmth. Printed in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, this cotton carries a clear sense of making. At 140 cm wide with a vertical repeat of 69 cm, Bjorn can be used where a fabric with presence and regularity is wanted, whether for curtains, cushions or upholstery planning, subject to the final make-up and suitability checks.
