A design by Pierre Frey. Bergen has the easy presence of a check that feels softened by touch and lifted by its generous, slightly shaggy surface. Warm cream, brown, red and muted grey tones settle into one another with a calm rhythm, giving the fabric a sense of depth rather than brightness. The effect is both familiar and refined, with enough texture to bring warmth to a room without overwhelming it.Woven in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, Bergen combines wool, cotton, mohair, alpaca and polyamide for a character that feels tactile and substantial.
