A design by Pierre Frey. Wahiba has the quiet ease of a linen ground animated by a loose tropical drawing. Beige opens the surface, while palms and foliage are scattered across it in green, orange, grey and gold, giving the fabric a gentle movement rather than a strict repeat. The effect is warm and relaxed, with just enough colour to soften a scheme and enough openness in the design to keep it from feeling heavy. Woven in 100% linen and printed, it lends itself well to curtains, light upholstery or decorative pieces where a natural texture and a painterly pattern can bring atmosphere without overpowering the room. Its vertical repeat creates a sense of scale that is especially pleasing when used on larger surfaces, where the motif can breathe and the linen character can be appreciated fully.
