A design by Pierre Frey. Cathy is drawn in a restrained beige-grey rhythm, where the bouclé surface brings a gentle depth rather than overt pattern. The fabric feels softly tactile and quietly composed, with the kind of matte finish that settles beautifully into a room and allows light to move across it without glare. Its blend of alpaca, wool, virgin wool, silk and technical fibres gives the cloth a considered balance of softness and structure, while the semi-plain character keeps the look calm and versatile. Woven in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, Cathy lends itself naturally to curtains, where its texture can soften a window and add warmth without heaviness.
