A design by Fadini Borghi. Opio has the quiet richness of a fabric made for touch: a soft cream ground, deeply looped bouclé texture and a naturally plush surface that softens a room at once. The blend of wool, mohair, alpaca, cotton and polyamide gives it a rounded, tactile character, with enough depth in the pile to feel warm and enveloping without losing clarity.Woven in Pierre Frey’s workshop in northern France, it carries the considered hand of a Living Heritage mill. That craft lends itself beautifully to upholstery in moderate use, where the fabric can bring comfort, softness and a gentle play of light across the surface.
