Created in India for Etamine’s Vents d’été collection, Artisane is an expressive embroidered fabric with an abstract pattern of organic, climbing forms. Twisted yarns are worked on a braiding machine to create its distinctive raised character, with production limited to 5–6 metres per day. The design’s sinuous botanical gesture recalls the sculptural elegance associated with Jean Royère’s Liane luminaire, while its cotton ground offers a composed foundation for the embroidery. Suitable for considered interior applications where texture and pattern can take centre stage. Width: 140 cm. Repeat: 65 cm wide × 57 cm high.
