Pierre Frey Erin fabric
A design by Pierre Frey. Erin has the kind of surface that invites a slower look: softly napped, tactile, and quietly dimensional, with the bouclé character giving the cloth a warm, relaxed depth. Its palette reads as light and serene, allowing the texture itself to do most of the work, catching the light in a calm, irregular way that feels especially inviting in softer interiors. The cloth is made in France in an EPV Living Heritage Mill, and its weave blends wool, acrylic, virgin wool, alpaca, polyamide, silk, and polyester for a richly layered hand. The subtle 2 cm vertical repeat suggests a gentle movement through the surface without disturbing its plain, elegant bearing. Used for curtains, Erin would bring a room a cocooning softness and a refined sense of comfort, particularly where texture is preferred over pattern and atmosphere matters as much as finish.
