A design by Pierre Frey. Brumes has the quiet presence of a woven surface with depth, where broad horizontal bands settle into one another in red, brown and beige tones. The jacquard texture gives the cloth a tactile, almost layered character, softening the geometry and lending the fabric a warm, atmospheric rhythm. Made in France at an EPV Living Heritage Mill, it carries the assurance of considered craft. Its composition of cotton, wool, viscose and polyamide supports a fabric that feels substantial and inviting, with a 131 cm width and a 32 cm vertical repeat that should be planned carefully for the most coherent effect. Suitable for moderate use, it may bring a measured, tailored warmth to interiors as upholstery or decorative textile work where texture and tone are as important as pattern.
